Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
At AninA Accessories, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. As all of our products are handmade to order our aim is to dispatch all orders within 10 working days to make sure we can make every detail as perfect as possible on your products. If you need your items for a specific date or occasion please contact us directly and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.

We use Recorded Delivery for all orders. A signature will be required on delivery so please make sure someone will be available at your delivery address.
UK recorded delivery - £5.50 up to 1kg, £8 up to 2kg, £10 above 2kg
If you are outside of UK please contact us directly before place your order to check that we are able to complete shipping to your country.

Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours can be a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings.
You may cancel your order by notifying us via email at mail@aninaaccessories.com within 2 hours of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card.
If you are in any way unhappy with your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at mail@aninaaccessories.com stating the reason of your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return. You may choose to exchange or return the item for a refund or store credit note. You will receive a receipt of an email confirming your return or exchange from AninA Accessories including like our current shipping address and return package procedures.

Please Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of our products we reserve the right not to accept their return. Keep your receipt for proof of purchase. We do not offer free postage on exchanged or returned items.
You should contact us for a return of faulty goods immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or faulty goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. We will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty.

Our Returns and Cancellation Policy does not apply to products ordered and made to your specification. Sadly, we cannot offer a refund on sale items, however we can offer an exchange or a credit note.
Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

AninA Accessories reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above.
